Delivery Timings

Once you have placed your order from Seventh Vegan, we will despatch your items using our courier DHP.

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery confirmation email from Seventh Vegan will be sent to you as soon as the order has been sent. This email will contain a tracking number for you to track your parcel.

If you wish to know the status of your delivery, please use the tracking number and link in the delivery confirmation email. 

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your address is completed correctly and a valid phone number is available when placing your order. Seventh Vegan does not take responsibility for lost or undelivered items if the address is incorrect.

If your order is returned to the brand the cost of redelivery must be paid before it is despatched again.

Damages

Please note we check over every parcel before dispatching it. If you receive your item and it is not in perfect condition then immediately send us an email along with pictures of the damages to support@seventhvegan.com and a member of the team will be in contact as soon as possible.
